We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a confidential public-sector transportation client. This full-time role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to clearly communicate data-driven insights.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational and business needs

• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting

• Create and update PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate findings

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

• Respond to data requests and support special projects as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

 

Required Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in a professional work environment

• PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
