​Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to provide administrative and office support for a confidential public transportation client. This is a full-time position suited for a professional who is organized, PC savvy, and communicates effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support

Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic analysis

Assist with the creation and editing of PowerPoint presentations

Manage written and email correspondence

Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files

Support office operations and assist team members as needed
Required Qualifications

One (1) year of experience in a professional office environment

PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
