​Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to provide administrative and office support for a confidential public transportation client. This is a full-time position suited for a professional who is organized, PC savvy, and communicates effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support

  • Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

  • Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic analysis

  • Assist with the creation and editing of PowerPoint presentations

  • Manage written and email correspondence

  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files

  • Support office operations and assist team members as needed

 

Required Qualifications

  • One (1) year of experience in a professional office environment

  • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Professional and dependable work ethic
